Been with M&I,Marshall & IIsley, then it was First Bank, then Citizens First, then Huntington and and last, Associated Bank. I'm probably the only one left from all the mergers. I honestly never has any major issues with any of them. I make mistakes to, we are all human. Brett at Manitowoc branch is always welcoming,courteous, just like the service counter employees. It's your right to go elsewhere, but for now, I'm sticking with Assoc. Of course, always room for improvement.
They negate to help me via email because of “security” telling me because they dont know who is writing. It would be the same as calling because u guys doesnt know who is calling. It is just a damn password reset. Anyway u guys were going to send a email link tho. It is so stupid. Also asked me for more information that they already have on the system and information my employer sent to them. Their issue is that they are so lazy. Been Banking here for over 35 years and Customer Service has always been beyond Excellent. They go out of the way to make sure we are taken care of.
