They negate to help me via email because of “security” telling me because they dont know who is writing. It would be the same as calling because u guys doesnt know who is calling. It is just a damn password reset. Anyway u guys were going to send a email link tho. It is so stupid. I've been a customer for many years and they have always provided me with exceptional service and support!
Been Banking here for over 35 years and Customer Service has always been beyond Excellent. They go out of the way to make sure we are taken care of.
Stood in line 15 mins while the associate who was to provide counter service talked on phone about a home equity loan .. after 15 mins a man came out of the back ., then informed they could not provide the service I needed .. ridiculous.. this manitowoc branch is not running on all cylinders.. horrible customer service .
