After 27 years with Associated. I'm jumping ship. The loan process is terrible. I asked for a personal loan. Three weeks later no response. I went to a CU and had a check in hand the next day
I tried to set up an account here the last was rude and told me because they only have 2 people working they can't do it they disnt even have any one waiting looks like its a good thing I won't be going to this bank if they are rude
