Great hometown bank with excellent service. Easy walkable and street parking with free coffee in the lobby comfy clean seating nice music and friendly staff. Jake gave us excellent service and answered all our questions and took care of our needs. Bravo Associated Bank
Staff friendliness is consistent. Willingness to help small business is very evident. Our cash receipts being deposited from our POS system immediately is of great importance to a restaurant in today’s economy. Michelle is very helpful to all of our small business issues. Jake and Chris are very friendly tellers at the whitefish Bay branch. Chelsey at the New Berlin branch and her tellers are very friendly and helpful also.

Was told I had 6 weeks to close out/roll over my CD but had to do it in person (I was out of town when it matured). Turns out that was misinformation, I had 10 days and could've done it over the phone. Money automatically rolled oveer into a much lower interest CD with an extremely high penalty to remove it (despite having someone at the location misinform me, it wasn't waved). This has been my only bank for 12 years. Closing all of my accounts today- oh wait, I can't, because apparently that can only be done in person too! ... read more
