This bank is not very trustworthy. They lost my cashiers check, sent it to the wrong place twice. Refused to provide me supervisor information to follow up. I ended up getting sent to collections because of this bank and they have not been great in communicating with me. It’s almost been two months and my loan still has not gone through - but best believe they’ve taken my payments for the loan! Switching banks as soon as I can. Member here for a long time.
