I never had the customer service that I received when I called to gather my documents, instead I got excuses and complaining how long it was going to take and they have people in front of them and I need to give them time and if I wanted this; I can come in and request such documents etc. I have been banking with them for yearssss and I never gotten anything like such. I cannot say enough good about this bank, specifically this branch! Every single person I have worked with has gone out of her way to help, and has been so kind. I came into this branch with more questions than anything about my business banking with a different bank (think nationwide bank), and Becky took the time to answer every single question and get to know me and my business and personal banking needs.
