Good customer service and a pleasant atmosphere I have banked at Associated Bank (formerly State Financial) for 10 years and am very satisfied with their service. The convenience of direct deposit and on-line accessibility to accounts makes it easy to do your banking from home. When I do visit the bank in person the staff are always friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant and the facility is always clean. I would recommend botht he Burlington and Waterford branches to anyone looking for a down home bank.
