I never had the customer service that I received when I called to gather my documents, instead I got excuses and complaining how long it was going to take and they have people in front of them and I need to give them time and if I wanted this; I can come in and request such documents etc. I have been banking with them for yearssss and I never gotten anything like such. I cannot say enough good about this bank, specifically this branch! Every single person I have worked with has gone out of her way to help, and has been so kind. I came into this branch with more questions than anything about my business banking with a different bank (think nationwide bank), and Becky took the time to answer every single question and get to know me and my business and personal banking needs. I will never step inside this Associated Bank ever again. The little snob behind the counter was rude and condescending to say the least. She really went out of her way to be rude too. I can’t believe people like that work with the public on a daily basis.
