Everyone is always so kind and helpful.
I used to love this bank with their great customer service. I got a weird transaction pending go through today. I wanted to refute it. This should have been able to be handled in branch, but they immediately transferred me to the 1800 line. Kind of pointless to even have a branch with actual local bankers you trust. Rediculous.
