Very rude manager. Blonde lady would not cash an associated bank check and said it was over the limit. when I asked her the limit she said she couldn't tell me. Really? $2800 check? As it turns out, I was lied to. The corporate office states that the amount I presented should be cashed and that there was not a limit. Was I being profiled? This is why I don't bank at associated.
Extremely difficult for people that have full time jobs to do buisness here.
Tanisha is amazing! She was super nice and made me feel so welcome opening my account there! Every time I call they are always willing to help fix the problem! Very good bank so far
