The Stoughton Associated Bank has always been helpful with everything I have ever needed. Very polite staff. Clean bank. Lots of parking and easy to get to.
Not a friendly branch, just try to make things difficult.
I will never visit this branch again. The service was awful. The branch manager was unfriendly and unhelpful — not even a smile. He clearly didn’t know how to handle a cashier’s check from another bank. Instead of taking a minute to verify the check by calling the issuing bank, he insisted on placing a 7-day hold and claimed it was “federal regulation.” That’s simply a joke. Very disappointing experience and completely unprofessional.
Horrible customer service, they want your business but treat you like you are asking for free money. I would drive the extra 35 min to go to a different branch who welcomes me with a smile.
