Great "small town" bank. With friendly bankers, and fair banking services. There are no hidden fees and 100% free checking with a reoccurring direct deposit. They also offer a free $50 grace zone without overdraft fees. I have been banking there about 10 years and would highly recommend them.
Asking questions about an account and Amy is the most condescending rude person I have encountered. She had an attitude while I was clarifying questions regarding an account. She did not give me the right information and then back tracked. Over the years they just keep getting more and more unfriendly!
I have had a great in person experience in North Branch. However the folks at the 800 number are absolutely horrible!!! Everytime I make my vehicle loan payment they flag it as fraud and decline the transaction causing me to waste 30-60 minutes of my time getting them to allow me to spend MY money. If it happens again I WILL be closing my account!!!
