I've been with Associated Bank for 30 + years and have always received excellent service.
Worst drive through service EVER. No cars in lot, was first in Drive through. Waited several minutes, another car pulls up and gets served. They acknowledge me then disappear. 5 min later I buzz and tellers says what can I do for you. Is said I sent Che KS through for deposit. He says 'oh sure' and sends a receipt. ??
Vincent is always great and easy to work with! I appreciate his service, willingness to help with all our family’s banking needs, and taking the time to answer our questions in detail.
