5 stars for Kala at the Columbia Illinois branch!! AMAZING service above and beyond every time I walk through the door. Friendly, polite, and professional. Even stayed late so I could get a debit card and not have to wait. Give this girl a raise!! 10+
I don't recall ever rating a financial institution before, because so many of them are unexceptional. This location, however, has excellent customer service. If you think the "small town" approach to banking is long gone, this location will restore your faith. Highly recommended!
