The staff Scott Johnson is very poor at his skills. He had to ask his coworkers for every problem we met in the process of setting up my account. The information he gave me is also incorrect. I had to dial the bank hotline to learn what the rules indeed is. The real fact is different from what Scott told me. I think he doesn’t know the bank service at all
