Great Staff and management. Excellent customer service, always nice and friendly.
Bad mouths citizens and businesses of the Sussex area. Company lost me as a customer because of it. (addition because of the expected response from the company) I've already contacted your company about this twice. Gave you specific details about the staff member. Nothing changed. Same person kept/keeps doing the same thing. It's obvious that "lack of professionalism" is following at least one of your managers around.
Unfortunately all of the banks are dealing with the problem that the government has set up. They have it bad as much as everyone else.
Closed by 4:30 although sticker on window says 9-5 Mondays..
Their always so nice and helpful.Great customer service.
