From the moment I walked in, the entire team was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. I arrived feeling frustrated over an issue that was not the fault of the bank, yet I was met with nothing but patience, understanding, and genuine care. By the time I left, I felt completely taken care of and truly valued as a customer. The level of service I received today was outstanding.
Called the Oconomowoc branch to close an estate account and she explained the process clearly. Set me up with an appointment to distribute funds and close the account quickly. Very satisfied with their knowledge and service.
Have been with this bank for 15 years. About 5 years ago I had fraud. They refused to do anything for me. But their most minimal act of dropping an overdraft fee offered no protection for my account. Now. I got a new bank card and I'm not even able to spend any of my money without calling them. And asking them if it's okay and having them lift some hold that they put on your card, claiming it's creating algorithms for your spending habits to protect you from fraud.
