Worst experience ever there I went to cash a check that I need the money for they refuse to cash because I don’t have that amount to my account. How can anybody cash a large amount of check and get it right away when a bank doesn’t even cash it. The check is from a reputable person and they won’t even cash it. The lady even on the line said that they don’t care. They just don’t cash the checks so they don’t have to deal with them. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Financial Institutions like these are exactly why I will only have an account at a credit union.
