By not suddenly debiting our long time checking accts. with their fees if we don't keep a $2500 balance in our checking acct.? Who keeps that kind of a balance in their checking acct.?
This bank doesn’t care about their customers. Go to chase, Wells Fargo, or Bank of America. I have accounts at all of them, and they all work for me better than this greedy organization. They do not value you. Go somewhere else, anywhere else and they will value you more. I’ve been hung up on, not called back, and threatened to be arrested when I went in to deal with matters that they didn’t care to discuss in the phone. Go somewhere else.
One of the best! Associated Bank has a wide variety of different types of accounts to suit your banking needs. The tellers are always very courteous and friendly everytime that I have been in there or gone through the drive-thru. Sometimes however there are lines at the drive-thru which seem to move pretty slow. I don't have this problem when I go inside though but it is not always convenient for me to do so.
