With so many banking options available, companies should value their longtime customers. My experience with Associated Bank was frustrating. Someone stole my credit card information, used it online and in stores, and made a significant and suspicious amount of purchases before I found out! Thousands of dollars gone. There were no phone calls or blocks from Associated Bank (most banks do this), then they blamed me for not being responsible with my money.
