This bank doesn’t care about their customers. Go to chase, Wells Fargo, or Bank of America. I have accounts at all of them, and they all work for me better than this greedy organization. They do not value you. Go somewhere else, anywhere else and they will value you more. I’ve been hung up on, not called back, and threatened to be arrested when I went in to deal with matters that they didn’t care to discuss in the phone. Go somewhere else.
switched their name to associated bank i have been through first federal for over three years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. when i had a problem with my check card the sent me a new one, when i left my checks in a different state while on vacation they closed that account for me an opened a new one an when they were bought out i have still recieved the same kind of service from them.
