I think itself on Irving Park's a good place it's a corporation this sucks shingles shares all that company deserves not to make itself the bank on Irving Park got some great people in it to shame corporate ain't the same
True 5 star service. Staff is very friendly.I was asked if I wanted water or coffee several times. Within about 45 minutes, I was able to apply and get approved for both a new checking and credit card. Special thanks to Edwin for recommending the right products. Very good first impressions over all. Thanks for sustaining such a friendly environment in the branch.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Very good customer service. Bankers and tellers are all very nice. Offers water, even a dog treat to my puppy. One thing thought they could improve on is their technology. Great that they can produce a debut card in the fly, but the printer was jammed. Also they are printing out lots of papers, thought it would be more environmental friendly if they can go more paperless, and capture digital signature instead. Overall, I do like this bank thus far.
