Associated Bank has been a very good partner for all our finances
For the longest time this was my go to bank, never had any problems and the service was rather decent. In the last 60 days everything has went down hill from customer service to business support. If you have a personal account this isn’t a bad bank however if you are an owner operated business I’d steer clear. Each branch operates independently based upon their own set of rules.
