Had to file a dispute for 2 fraudulent charges from the same place on the same day. Banks are required by law to put the money back in an account while the dispute is being investigated, but Associated Bank didn't. And because my debit card had been compromised, it had to be cancelled. A new one was supposed to be ordered for me 10 days ago when I filed the dispute. I called this morning because I haven't received it, and was told someone made a mistake and it was never ordered. I was told I can't stop into a branch to pick ... read more
