I stopped in today to break a larger bill and was told they couldn't assist me because I don't have an account here. While I understand Bank policies, this lack of basic courtesy was a major turn off. If this is how they treat a potential customer looking for a simple favor, I certainly won't be considering them for my future banking needs.
Absolutely beyond comprehension ive been banking with my business for two years now 100s of thousands of dollars through this bank i made a withdrawal they gave me a fake 100$ and tells me well you took the money like im supposed to have some trust with my bank my accounts will be closed immediately unbelievable! Shame on your establishment!
