I thought that I would love this bank , so I closed my accounts and made this my primary location . Worse mistake that I have ever made . Every time I make a transaction, I have to contact the bank because it is being declined . They all say the same thing , there’s nothing wrong with my account, they don’t know why it’s not working, place me on hold then it’s magically working again. Impossible to deposit checks when they aren't open past 5, open until 6 on Friday but still no good with forced overtime working 6 days a week. The bank app deposit is failing to take pictures.
