These tellers at the counter and window are the best. The others need a friendly reminder that the customers that pay to bank with Associated is how their wages get paid. Our time is valuable and should not be taking over 30 minutes to get a replacement card. While clients are in the chair in front of you conducting business refrain from using your personal cell phone, that is not very professional or considerate. I will and can take my business and avfewcothers with me somewhere else if we are not appreciated.
I've been banking here for year's, The employee's lady's are great! Nice and friendly welcoming. Help me with all my banking needs.
I stopped in today to break a larger bill and was told they couldn't assist me because I don't have an account here. While I understand Bank policies, this lack of basic courtesy was a major turn off. If this is how they treat a potential customer looking for a simple favor, I certainly won't be considering them for my future banking needs.
