Tried to set up a new account online and could not do it with a phone or computer. How is this difficult?? Other banks I can do it from my sofa at home 5 minutes.
Called before I came because I needed to get a new care because mine expired. The girl o talked to on the phone was super nice and said it would be no problem to print a new card and I did not need an appointment. Came in and got nothing but attitude from the banker with the last name ZHU saying I needed an appointment I should have not came in cause she had appointments. 100% will not be returning to this branch
Excellent, patient and helpful customer service and account management on a Saturday appt. with Ms. Zhu. Would recommend this banking facility highly to prospective customers. Very grateful and relieved disabled senior who received superb assistance!
Great customer service! Very friendly and helpful staff. Needed a new debit card and I was in and out within 10 minutes.
