understand with covid19 that lobby is closed. my card doesn't work at arms it's very hard for me to get my money I don't drive and have to make appointment to get new card. I can't always get rides . the bank appointments are booked up in advance. the bank isn't working with me. going to close my account. the heck with Associate Bank.
