Between all the branches closings and them trying to hold onto my money I am changing banks! I made a mobile deposit on June 18th in my business checking. The deposit was credited on the 18th. We'll the next day was juneteenth day. I think someone was in a hurry Wednesday for the long weekend off because on Monday when my funds should of been available they told me that Monday was the deposit day and I had to wait another day even though it was credited on the previous Thursday. I have banked with Associated Bank for 15 years. After how I was immediately treated today I’m considering changing banks. I called prior to coming in and was told the opposite when I showed up, as well as treated like garbage. The checker was short, rude and couldn’t even find my information- then the lady who came out of the office immediately wanted my SSN after I offered several times to give my account number and was also so rude I ended up walking out.
