I have banked with Associated Bank for 15 years. After how I was immediately treated today I’m considering changing banks. I called prior to coming in and was told the opposite when I showed up, as well as treated like garbage. The checker was short, rude and couldn’t even find my information- then the lady who came out of the office immediately wanted my SSN after I offered several times to give my account number and was also so rude I ended up walking out.
