This is a retail bank. A bank that serves customers. I have banked with Associated for over 20 years including back when it was First Federal. Many of my friends and family have questioned why I continue to bank there over the years. They say it’s terrible customer service, but I’ve never really had a “terrible” experience. And I’m loyal. I believe in loyalty. I believe in relationships. This bank has you sift through their slips, I've never had any bank do that and they act like you have to call in advanced to do anything like are you going to give me my money or did I need to call a day early?
My wife and I have been banking with Associated for years. They have been great to us even in tough times and have earned our business many times over.
