I don't trust banking on-line but it's almost impossible to get through by phone. my call to speak with a real person regarding a letter received from the bank was a 20 minute wait. My phone died after 18 minutes and never made contact
Associated Bank ripped me off. when I voiced an opinion about that, I was met with intimidation, disrespect, and ridicule. Jonathan Shallow, who called me today, said what he had to say and as intimidating away as he could, very threatening, and then hung up on me. when I attempted to call back, I found that my calls have been blocked. my account was closed on September 16th. This bank is awe full. Go somewhere else where they value their customers. This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with small or large.
