Honestly this branch's customer service has always been just ok, Never had bad experience but never received any exceptional service either but last week when I went there I met Nadia she was very respectful, polite and explained a few things I never knew that would help me in doing my business at this bank! Have been banking here for 38 years love this bank and great customer service
not familiar with the location but receive flier to open bank account and get bonus and did it, on first day after I open the account much more requirements , this were should be provided before and not after.
We had to close an account and open a new one with them. They were great helping in all respects to our issue We have been with them for years
Good service, unfortunately, unlike mall banks (wood forest for example), Associated bank STILL closes at noon on the most available day for people to bank, Saturday.
