Associated Bank touts itself as a small bank with Midwestern values but I found out the hard way it’s just like any other large bank. They lured me with a $400 new account bonus but then didn’t explain all the details to receive it. When confronted, they simply replied “we documented everything so booyah”. Needless to say I will be closing my account here immediately!
Will not break bills without an account. When did banks become useless?
Staff is always attentive, friendly and helpful.
Pleasant in person experiences for the most part.
Beautiful building. Needs parking, but the building is stunning.
