The explanations were often given in riddles rather than clear, concrete answers. When I asked for clarification and requested direct answers, the response became increasingly condescending and aggressive. Just pathetic Customer Service,utterly incompetent persons running the bank. And they give you an attitude if you drop in without an appointment, for each & every minor thing if you need to visit in person then it's a telling story about how bad it is, going to close account soon. Would suggest others to take your business elsewhere.
