I have used this bank for my business for almost 5 years and personally for 25 years. I only make deposits at the ATM because I like the check picture printed on the receipts. As of about 2 months ago the ATM would not accept any check that I tried to deposit. Then about a month ago it wouldn't even accept a cash deposit. It's broken. I've mentioned it to multiple window tellers and also at the counter inside. As of yesterday, 8/21/2025, the ATM doesn't even give you the option to make a deposit.
