I have used this bank for my business for almost 5 years and personally for 25 years. I only make deposits at the ATM because I like the check picture printed on the receipts. As of about 2 months ago the ATM would not accept any check that I tried to deposit. Then about a month ago it wouldn't even accept a cash deposit. It's broken. I've mentioned it to multiple window tellers and also at the counter inside. As of yesterday, 8/21/2025, the ATM doesn't even give you the option to make a deposit. Stay away! I've been trying to get a fraudulent transaction off of my credit card with this bank for months!! It's been like pulling teeth. First you have to wait absurdly long to talk to a real human, then they file your "fraud" claim incorrectly, then they drag their feet on providing lawfully required documentation of your claim. I've tried to rectify my claim three times already - every time I speak to a rep, they tell me to wait 24-48 hrs for a call from a "specialist" who will gather the needed information.
