This was a Cashiers Check for my family's rent to the owner to cash. This bank can't even cash a simple cashiers check. Very unprofessional. They say I stopped the payment I wasn't in state the day they make up a story, and say I walked in, and said to stop payment to a cashiers check when my landlord had the original cashier's check the whole time. Went in needing a document for work, the lady at the desk who helped me, Gabrielle, was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back next time I need help.
GABY the teller needs to be fired. She’s hung up on me twice now this morning as I called back to speak to a manager after having such a poor experience with her in the drive thru window. She is rude and insulting and acts as if though she’s a manager..
