Went in needing a document for work, the lady at the desk who helped me, Gabrielle, was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back next time I need help.
GABY the teller needs to be fired. She’s hung up on me twice now this morning as I called back to speak to a manager after having such a poor experience with her in the drive thru window. She is rude and insulting and acts as if though she’s a manager.. I’m currently on my third 7+ min hold by her waiting to be hung up on… she’s told me “I won’t be speaking to a manager before noon,” today when the bank closes. WHO IS THE MANAGER?
