(See Chicago BBB Case: 94350926) In an attempt to increase bank account openings, this bank re-sells transportation passes at a discounted rate. I opened an account to take advantage of the offer. Each pass grants a patron 10 rides. A reasonable person would assume that each pass has 10 marks, which are marked upon each use.
