Kind of amazing how bad this bank is, I almost feel like it's worth reporting their practices. First time having an auto loan with them and the experience after just 3 months has been a complete nightmare. If you are on autopay, then you don't receive statements - how shady is that? You can't pay more than your amount due if you want to pay off early. The whole "you don't get statements" is the straw that broke the camels back - that makes me completely wary of what they are doing.
Am a client. Wanted money order using funds from my account. She demanded ID. But there's an ATM outside, shouldn't need ID to buy a money order. ATM doesn't ask for ID. Makes no sense for this transaction. Also have app on phone and IDs, too. It's not a secure transaction. Poor service. Cost me money to do elsewhere. Never going there again. No common sense.
