Never understand why it takes 10-20 every time in the drive thru, 1 car a head. Every single time
Banker Jordan Laire, has no customer service experience. You can tell she does not care for the customers and made me feel un appreciated at a bank I have been with for over 10 years.
ZERO stars. After 45 years with Associated Bank, all accounts were closed today. They are out with the old customer and in with the new. I have learned that they do not look out for their customer. When you close Money Market accounts and CD's, you need to change the checking from Elite to regular or get charged a $25.00 fee. Absolutely ridiculous! Nobody answers the phone. Do better Associated.
Not open on Saturdays despite online saying it's open. Will be switching who I bank with.
