I closed my account and wanted cash. Associated Bank would not give me cash and said they had to give me a cashiers check. I said that was fine but needed the cashiers check in someone else name. They would not do that either and said I'd be able to sign over the check to the person. When I went to sign over the money to the person their bank would not take a third party check and told me I would need to go back to Associated Bank and have them reissue the cashiers check to the person the money was to go to. this is the worst bank I have ever done business with, I closed my account in2019 I opened up a new account at a totally different bank and just recently I received a check from. the government and I forgot to change my banking info change and associated bank re opened a account with that money without telling me I had to track my money down, I would watch them carefully
