I would like to say after over 15 years being with associated bank it is time to leave. The customer service terrible and unhelpful. The fraud investigations are negligible at best. The answer you will hear is at my level there nothing that I can do. They don’t care about their customers.
Trash ass bank and they steal your money but acts as if they’re concerned about fraud
Tax documents are supposed to be posted by January 31 every year yet you are consistently late! You are the only one we we're still waiting for and we're pushing two weeks late now!
Big shoutout to Trenton, Customer Service Representative, for his patience, knowledge and commitment to bank customers. I had spoken to him regarding an issue regarding paperwork being notarized at one of the branches and I wanted to acknowledge two other employees, Jimmy Law and Ronald Anderson and he was extremely interested, concerned and helpful. Trenton went above and beyond!!! GREAT JOB!!! Keep up the good work!!! Thanks again!!!
