After messing up my taxes for multiple years, an audit which they screwed up and stuck me with, I ended up going to another place. Which went over he years they did and showed me exactly how horrible they are doing at their one job!! On top of my family's, I know of multiple people who have been screwed over by this place!!!
My experience with Sonnet at Associated Accounting was incredibly disappointing. Despite initial promises of reasonable attentive service and meeting my needs, I was met with months of zero communication. As tax day approached, I found myself having to beg for a response, only to receive a short email informing me that Sonnet would no longer be handling my taxes or accounting in the future. As a discerning client seeking professionalism and effective communication in accounting and tax services, my experience with Associated Accounting, specifically Sonnet, left much to be desired.
