They were supposed to help set up a Veteran’s Organization 501c19, after THREE YEARS they literally did nothing. I would email them every couple months and only twice did I get anyntype of reply. And the replies were all the same, we will get back to you....This place is a joke, it's the most unprofessional business I've ever known.
I had a very disappointing experience with Associated Accounting and Violet the owner in Tomah, WI. Throughout my time working with them, I encountered multiple issues with invoices containing incorrect information. When I reached out for clarification, I was told they were unsure why the invoices were incorrect, which was frustrating and concerning from a bookkeeping standpoint. After messing up my taxes for multiple years, an audit which they screwed up and stuck me with, I ended up going to another place. Which went over he years they did and showed me exactly how horrible they are doing at their one job!! On top of my family's, I know of multiple people who have been screwed over by this place!!!
My experience with Sonnet at Associated Accounting was incredibly disappointing. Despite initial promises of reasonable attentive service and meeting my needs, I was met with months of zero communication. As tax day approached, I found myself having to beg for a response, only to receive a short email informing me that Sonnet would no longer be handling my taxes or accounting in the future.
