I have been with ARS for 9 years! This has been a great place to work. The Owner is not only invested in the clients lives but the employees. Last year I had a significant Life Event and the owner and Admin all stepped up to help me out with most everything I needed. As far as the clients I don't know another agency that has a Rec Therapy for socialization and annual camping trips. The owner has strict policies in place to insure clients rights and wellbeing are respected and honered.
I wouldn't have anybody from here take care of my relative. This company cheats their employees out of their pay even if they have proof of the hours they worked. Then the manager at HR states there's nothing he can do about it. Luckily L&I is getting involved. But I would beware because if they can cheat their employees out of pay, how many people are they stealing money from that go through that company? I was very excited to work here but immediately they started being rude and unfriendly after hiring me.I have never worked for a company that was so unprofessional and not caring.Was very devastated that they fired me over the phone right before Christmas. Don’t work here if you have adhd they will fire you. They promote diversity but if you have any medical conditions id highly recommend not wasting your tine and gas. You will get as much as you put in with this company. There will never be a shift unavailable to take, and the hours are wild. You will be asked and you will be incentivized to take those extra hours. They need people, and will be willing to work with you. It’s a great spot to make money. They worked with me through a move, an injury, a hospitalization, you’ll always have a shift if you care.
