When another assisted living facility fell through for placing my mom, I started scrolling through Yelp out of desperation to quickly find a new facility. I found Vincent, immediately sent him a text, and he replied within minutes. I told him my situation and within hours he schedule a tour of a facility in Montclair that would take welcome my mom at their assisted living community. Im so thankful for Vincent helping me on a moments notice. She will be moving in on the beginning of the month.
Vince was great! He went above and beyond. He responded to messages at 11 pm. He helped find a gem of a board and care for my aunt. However, he didn't stop at finding the locations, he also toured the locations with me, asked helpful questions and pointed out the things that made each board and care unique. After helping to secure a location for my aunt he followed up with finding resources like a primary care physician, physical therapy and in home memory care for my aunt who was relocating to the area. This was a great experience. I was in desperate need of placing my mother in a new facility due to financial hardship. Vincent was not only knowledgeable but also gracious and reassuring that he would find us a place. We had such an amazing experience with Vince. He took into account my mom's health and personal needs to find her the perfect place. He was so responsive (on a Sunday!) and knowing we were under a fast-approaching deadline, worked quickly to find places for us to tour.
