I needed to move my father into assisted living pretty quickly, due his health. I had no idea about assisted living facilities, what they offered for services, how much they cost, etc. etc. I luckily found Steve Carrier and he provided wonderful education and service visiting and choosing the right facility for my father. Steve was INCREDIBLY helpful with his expertise. More importantly, he demonstrated great empathy, kindness, and warmth. He listened to our needs and concerns and patiently answered our many questions, including providing insider knowledge that would have been difficult/impossible for us to find out on our own.
