We had a wonderful experience working with Rich. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process of finding assisted living for our dad and his wife. Rich took the time to understand our needs, explained every step clearly and guided us with patience and care. When you have a loved one that needs to be placed somewhere it's extremely overwhelming. Not sure where to begin, challenges of cost, do they take medicaid, what are the reviews, etc. In a situation like ours (and probably many other families) it is something that needs to happen quickly as the situation changed in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Rich Martin to help you locate a facility/community for your loved one. His free service, kindness, caring, compassonate and expert knowledge helped me find a place for my husband. I had looked at a few places on my own a few years ago, but Rich helped me look outside the box.
