From the start everyone was amazing and caring. I was called with in hours to get more information on my mom and want I was looking for. Jenni was with me from start to finish. She not only found/gave me a list of memory care facilities, but she scheduled tours and was by my side as my advocate! She made me feel at ease in trying to find the best place for my mom. Kelly goes above and beyond what is expected of her. My brother and I were new to the process of getting our mom into a safe and friendly environment, with the medical needs she has to have. Kelly took care of all that not one time, but two times.
