Staff is sincerely concerned about meeting the family's needs. From health concerns to logistic concerns to financial concerns, the staff was prepared to assist in all ways. The follow up after placement was a particularly pleasant service. Anyone contemplating a move to senior/memory care will benefit immensely from contacting Community Relations Specialists. We’ve known Jenny for a few years. My mom loves Jenny and she listened to Jenny’s advice on her health care. I don’t think we could’ve found the right place without her. I was very overwhelmed with figuring out a new place for mom because of the hardships some places have been going through with staffing. I would highly recommend Jenny for anyone finding the best place for their loved one.
