Compassionate listening, a fountain of options- when I thought I had seen them all, almost like a guardian angel, she heard what I said, what we needed, and created the solution. After chatting with my loved one, Jen met me at different locations for assisted living, and educated me with evaluating questions as to the services each offered. Staff is sincerely concerned about meeting the family's needs. From health concerns to logistic concerns to financial concerns, the staff was prepared to assist in all ways.
