I just had the most unprofessional, and down right rude experience with Assist. It's not like it's the first time they have decided for me when my pick up time would be, but this time they drove up, I was told there's no room, laughed at, and they drove off. I was given no time of when or if they would be back, no explanation or game plan on how to proceed. Just left clueless to wonder. In the last year this company has really failed the community it's suppose to be helping. Multiple complaints weekly about their drivers leaving people stranded, being rude, lying to clients, drivers falling asleep behind the wheel, etc. I'm puzzled how they stay in business. The reviews say it all.
