I would like to give 0 if I could. I CANNOT believe you would allow these unhinged reckless rage filled drivers to transport the vulnerable population! Your drivers are reckless, aggressive on the freeway and extremely stupid with their most impressive knowledge of sign language. Hope you know your drivers like to speed (90 on the freeway) and aggressively cut people off...although they are multitasking while on their phones and flipping off other drivers.. all while proudly displaying your logo. Just called as there website gave me misinformation and wanted too confirm. As I started too explain the situation where it showed me info online that was different from what he got however he cut me off 7-10 times as I'm explaining said issue saying "What can I help you with" and he was insanely aggressive when I was using my best manners. This is unacceptable, I reviewed this place a few month after I started using them however I wouldn't trust Assist to Transport with a bag of groceries let alot children, cancer patients,... read more
