Someone from this company had their breakfast while parked in my business parking lot prior to us opening for the day- then threw their garbage out the window onto my parking lot. I was able to review the camera footage to determine where the garbage came from and see the Assist to Transport van. (Ford Transit Van @ 5am in Two Rivers area on 11-21-25) It seems crazy the things they do in these vans - when reading all these other reviews - Some training and decency is clearly needed.

Why would you drive this poorly when your company logo is advertised on the side of your vehicles? Saw one of these vehicles go in the wrong direction to cut someone off in a public lot, block a bunch of disabled spots and drive recklessly (in the area of New Jersey Ave this afternoon, not that the company does anything about these drivers, it looks like I’m far from the first person who has witnessed this). I would never trust this company with any of my loved ones, especially disabled people and other vulnerable population... read more

I have had many experiences with them and have found there drivers to be very professional and very helpful
