The clerks that work here need to take a course on respect of peoples privacy. Every time I come here the clerk who helps me inserts their unsolicited opinions on my account. I do not owe any explanations on what my withdrawals are for. I do not need your comments on my balances. Just leave me alone! I did not ask for your rude comments and questions. Hope you never have an issue accessing your money. . The manager and tellers get all butt hurt if you're not smiling while explaining that their product is terrible.. horrible people can't accept criticism even though they do a horrible job . App is terrible . Check out acu reviews . Guess they're less than impressive to most . Sorry I swore after not being able to access my money for the 5th time in 2024 .

Contacting Better Business Bureau as they did not contact me when I only owed $3 in my bank account. And now I owe $700 because my bank account was never closed even though it's not supposed to go in the negative. My bank is set up to not go in the negative. You would think that they would reach out, but they did not. I'm gonna pull out my paperwork to make sure what I signed.How's the information I need to sue them as well?Run far away from this bank
