So many issues but I'll speak on my current one only. Paid off my home credit line, closed off the account and had to pay $233.00 in fees to do so. Now I can't get ACU off my property title and every time I call I'm given the run around. I'm told that this was removed in 2018. How can that be for a home credit line I closed in 2025? This is terrible finance place. They will call you liar. Their rates went from !$40 to $75 on withdrawal of TFS account.

Wasn't helpful with anything.I went to their branch at Polo Park instead.
I've opened an account in less than a year but have had the manager of the branch yell at me and no one can actually return a phone call when Ota about something important and are refusing my calls and call backs. Will be shutting down my account soon and going to a different bank if this is not resolved. Update: They have tried to contact me after multiple attempts myself and still have not made time for me. I've been denied information about my account more than once and will be soon shutting down my account
