Poor service from Ms.Odulaja. I went in to get my student account set up. I did it back in September, then they made account changes that changed my account back to the Digital account with the fee. Now, Odulaja was coming off as rude and condescending the entire time. I made a complaint but it seemed like they didn’t care. I emailed her my enrolment letter, she said she changed it back to the Digital student account. I even got the supervisor to come and confirm that and then I left and went home. Worst credit union I've ever been to. Such horrible customer service, I feel like I'm being scammed. I receive money from my grandmothers estate twice a year. I've be getting these checks for the last 6.5 years. There is a hold they put on international checks. It has slowly gotten longer and longer 40 days, then 45 days, now it's 45 business days!
