The wait times are far too long when we can hear staff in the back chatting. When there's a long lineup, they should consider coming to help up front. Most of the staff are wonderful but there are a few who are not the brightest, so it's frustrating to constantly repeat myself.
It has been such a gift working with Peachy, her kindness, competency created a positive, easy experience. Peachy answered all of the questions I had and provided accurate information. Besides doing her job so well she is a fabulous human being.
