I’ve been a 20 year customer at Assiniboine credit union. Was just there and got turned away as he said he didn’t trust me to deposit a check from liberty tax. Made me feel like a criminal. This is horrible customer service. Your staff needs training and I also recommend DO NOT GO to this bank at all. Horrible service. The standard procedure for transferring money from a check to a debit card took 15 minutes at this branch instead of 3 minutes. I don't really understand why they asked me so many questions for so long. It's very strange and I didn't like it. I was served by: A guy who looks like he's from a non-traditional practice. Manicure, makeup, I don't remember his name, sorry...
ATM had no cash.
