Terrible service. Our lawyer has been waiting for two weeks now, for a mortgage payout statement. TWO WEEKS, even with constant follow-up. A bank cannot be that behind with requests, I mean interests and fees are always on time.
Constant lines that basically force me to use other branches. If the line of clients us 10 people deep, the wait to see a teller is unreasonable length. This is a constant issue.
I had a mortgage with Cassie before they merged with Assiniboine Credit Union. I recently paid of the mortgage including the early payout penalties. Assiniboine Credit Union is still taking payments even though they have confirmed that the balance owing is zero. Ok. Im sorry, but I have had to revise this to a 1 star. ACUs systems are crashing constantly. First there was the etrasfer outage that you failed to notify us and made me wait on hold for 2 hours to find that out. Then your App and system glitched so I had to delete the app, reinstall it and work with one customer service reps to restore my access. And now? After only 3 days, your system is broken yet again! How hard is it to maintain a stable system???
