I was just here an hour ago. The east euro guy, ok i had my ID. Then he asked for phone, email, and code. And he still looked scared. And I have only the 5 dollar stock in here! And he did not give me back my ID until I was going. Too much paranoia. So, I will not do anymore here. Places like this claim to be non profit, so why have fees and interest? Time for lawsuits.
When I arrived at the Carlton Ave branch, the first teller I spoke with informed me that their limit was only $500. Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager then told me that the limit was $1,000. I explained that I was looking to cash the full $5,000, but they told me that wasn’t possible. Everyone says different thing. Years of reasonable to good service at one branch turned into stress and anxiety from a preventable issue to then one day being lucky enough to have a phone call appointment with an employee of such high calibre at a different branch. Going above and beyond to answer all questions, concerns and more all you can do is say thank-you very much to Stacie Hunter for providing such incredible customer service!
All I can say is Amazing! Stacie Hunter is absolutely the biggest help in the electronic banking arena! From keeping an eye on my account to make sure I'm saving and not spending! To new credit and online accounts! I had issues with etransfers... next day.. problem solved! Need any help and directions she sure is the person to see!
