Be aware that teller service at this branch (and some others) is now brutally slow no matter the time of day. Several tellers are on duty but many are struggling to understand and process even basic transactions, which is alarming in a financial setting. It’s incredibly sad to see how far the standards of member service have fallen at ACU. What was once a credit union rooted in community values and support has now become a place where genuine service seems like an afterthought. The level of care and compassion that once defined ACU is now the furthest it's ever been from its mission. Long time ACU member, and always had a pleasant experiences, but ACU has limited services vs. a big bank and customer service has took a downward turn. Recently tried to deposit a cheque at this branch in person address to me + my GF and they would not take it. Crazy that something as simple as a cheque deposit is a service they’re unable to complete. 15+ year member switching to RBC.
By far the best experience every time I go in. I love all the branches I've been too but this one I go out of my way to go to! The staff are all friendly and very helpful! They do their job and care and you can see it.
We were very pleased with the attentive and helpful mortgage advisor. We had an unusually complex situation but they spent the time and effort helping us find the best solution. I'm always extremely impressed with the tellers - they try so hard to be helpful despite some people being clearly unreasonable. Pro-tip: Don't yell at tellers for not being able to access your account with OTHER credit unions*. It's great they share an ATM network - but that doesn't magically make them the same bank.
