I just try to cash in a RSP GIC. the first person I dealt with at the Garden city branch was horrible. they did not help me, what's soo ever. i use to live in Winnipeg but moved to British Columbia, and all I wanted was to cash in an RSP i had. the person no help made me feel they were doing me a favor. The person I talked too couldn't speak English and the form I was to sign, you couldn't sign. further more when he sent me the form, the numbers were out by $400.00. being a supervisor myself, this is unacceptable.
