I called the main line to ask about submitting my documents for my legal name change, and was given a number to tax them over. I did so, with CLEAR instructions on my cover page to CALL me if there was an issue. Over a month later, I noticed that my name was STILL not changed. Used the chat line, had the fax number confirmed and was told there should have not been an issue, but someoone would call me. I just try to cash in a RSP GIC. the first person I dealt with at the Garden city branch was horrible. they did not help me, what's soo ever. i use to live in Winnipeg but moved to British Columbia, and all I wanted was to cash in an RSP i had. the person no help made me feel they were doing me a favor. The person I talked too couldn't speak English and the form I was to sign, you couldn't sign. further more when he sent me the form, the numbers were out by $400.00. being a supervisor myself, this is unacceptable.
