What can I say staff.are always friendly and helpful
It’s so hit and miss. My biggest frustration is not being able to do all types of transactions with the member service representative you’re dealing with. I needed to open a savings account (I already have several accounts) and I had to make an appt for the next day. I had a charge on my account that shouldn’t be there and I had to make an appt with someone else the next day. Friendly staff. Like others have said, I deposited $$$$ via bank transfer from BMO. Was told it would be 10 days before I could access it, in my case, not an issue ....BUT WHY. Is it litterly a bank transfer?
This banking institution is a scam run far away. They did not close my account. And now I owe $700 in the negative even though my account has not been active for over a year when I tried to close it, they did not inform me that I owed money and then they would not close it. I tried to close it when I owed $200 and I was going to pay it. But they Only took cash to close the account. So I did my own research found my paperwork. I signed which clearly states.
