Friendly staff. Like others have said, I deposited $$$$ via bank transfer from BMO. Was told it would be 10 days before I could access it, in my case, not an issue ....BUT WHY. Is it litterly a bank transfer?
This banking institution is a scam run far away. They did not close my account. And now I owe $700 in the negative even though my account has not been active for over a year when I tried to close it, they did not inform me that I owed money and then they would not close it. I tried to close it when I owed $200 and I was going to pay it. But they Only took cash to close the account. So I did my own research found my paperwork. I signed which clearly states.
