Mortgage is up for renewal and still haven't recieved papers in mail They say they are saving on paper so phone you or just renew I quess because they have a lot of customers to call. They have turned Liberal and just don't want you to know your options. When I sell I will never deal with this place again! Nothing but problems. Wouldn't of givenany stars but you have to to write a review! Told them I will never renew with them!
I feel so much confusion about not being able to call a branch directly? I wanted to call to receive an update of whether my credit card had arrived at my branch, only to find out I needed to call collabria myself to get tracking because there’s no direct lines for branches? I just feel frustration needing to go through a hassle of being told by collabria to call my branch for an update only to find this isn’t an option with Assiniboine
